"La localización del centro es genial, tiene todas las comodidades, la hab. era muy amplia, y el buffet del desayuno era muy bueno, además de que todas las marcas eran de calidad y la att. de las camareras excelente." (97965647)
Buena localizacion, muy confortable y con todos los detalles.
El personal no es demasiado amable y habia que dejar la llave de la hab. al abandonar el hotel.

"The morning staff were very friendly, there was a little hiccup, or room hadn't been cleaned, but they got that sorted as soon as possible. Was surprised to find that they didn't have a spare pillow in the room." (99789965)

The Junior Suite was comfortable, affording my husband and me some privacy, as the bedroom was separated by a half wall from the sleeping area for our 16 year old son. For one night it worked fine for us. The bathroom was fabulous, with a great shower.
Nothing really. Being in a big city, Milan, means you are always near traffic and city noises, but we were not kept awake.

Hotel staff - welcoming and helpful; breakfast included with stay; cleanliness of room; responsiveness to request to locate our room near our children's room.

Clean and in a good location..breakfast was good.
Air-con did not work and more assistance from concierge in finding hotel late at night would have been appreciated.
