    Bed and breakfast of a very high standard. Good quality room and breakfast.

    "Absolutely fantastic, will be back for a weekend in the country and will recommend." (107100630)

    Guest house owners were very flexible with checking in and extremely hospitable; guest house was beautiful and spotlessly clean; breakfast was delicious.

    The house itself and the way it has been refurbished and fitted; nice room and bathroom, very nice kitchen and place for breakfast and splendid hospitality. was a pleasure to stay there

    Clean, friendly b and b, great breakfast

    Restaurants few and far between in the area - eventually had to drive ca 10 miles to Braintree ( which was only slightly better )

    The Roslyns is excellent in every respect. the owners made us feel very welcome and even found us wine glasses so that we could have a drink on the patio. The accomodation is the best I have been in for a long time, very professional looking but also very homely. It made a fantatstic change from staying in faceless hotels. Breakfast was excellent and of very good quality. I was so impressed that I have booked for my daughter and I to stay there when we are are on businees in Essex in July.

    "Roslyns is a splendid B&B in all respects, Claire was very helpful in booking at a local pub for dinner. The breakfast was excellent using good quality ingredients. It was appreciated that smoking was allowed in the garden off one bedroom, the provision of outdoor table and chairs complete with ashtray was very thoughtful. Pity we were only staying one night!!"     Clean, spacious, bright rooms. Very high standard of furnishings

    Owner was out when we arrived, had to wait 15 mins or so in car before she came despite having notified our arrival time.

    "Roslyns is very convenient for Stansted airport, and we were able to leave our car there while we went away for a weekend. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The owners are welcoming, very helpful (they will book your taxis,recommend and book restaurants, pubs etc) and really made us feel at home, without being obtrusive. There is a choice of cooked or continental breakfast, both of which were excellent. Cannot fault the accommodation or the welcome we received, and would recommend it highly." (97805768)
